This is our favorite recipe and one that we’ve been drinking for the past 3-weeks…..๐˜ข๐˜ฏ๐˜ฅ ๐˜ธ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ฅ๐˜ฐ ๐˜ฏ๐˜ฐ๐˜ต ๐˜ญ๐˜ช๐˜ฌ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ฃ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฆ๐˜ต๐˜ด! โฃ๐Ÿ˜


๐ˆ๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐ž๐๐ข๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌโฃ
1 apple โฃ
1/2 beet (or more if you like the taste!) โฃ
2 celery sticksโฃ
1/2 cucumber โฃ
2 carrots โฃ
1 piece of ginger โฃ
1/2 lemon โฃ
๐Ÿ. Make sure all fruits and vegetables are washed. I soak them in vinegar. โฃ
๐Ÿ. The only vegetable or fruits you need to peel is the beets and lemon. โฃ
๐Ÿ‘. After switching on the motor, start by juicing the softest fruits and vegetables (like citrus and cucumbers), then turn up the speed (if the machine has this function) and work your way through to the hardest fruits and vegetables (like beets and carrots). โฃ
๐Ÿ’. These recipes all make 1 glass of juice.โฃ
๐Ÿ“. Seal tightly and store in glass containers in the refrigerator.โฃ
I make enough for 3 days. The process goes quickly once you start juicing, but it does take a wee bit of time to do the prep work in advance. โฃ
