What we've come to learn and see firsthand is that unmanaged stress has a radically ill effect on peoples' health and happiness and in them reaching their goals in every area of their life.

 

We believe that Heart Rate Variability technology is one of the most powerful tools available. With our transition to utilizing Heart Rate Variability full time in our coaching programs it became crystal clear to us that when clients were unable to reduce their stressors they stopped practicing healthy habits like exercise and eating healthy and replaced them with coping mechanisms that of course did not support their aspirations.

 

In 2018, we made the decision to evolve our coaching from hybrid (in-person and online) to 100% online so we could fulfill our mission to help more people live their best lives.  We saw firsthand that diet and exercise alone weren’t the getting clients results, in fact, due to unmanaged stress the yo-yo cycle continued to repeat itself no matter how hard they worked at it. When they learned to work with their stressors, clients started seeing incredible results.

 

Stress Made Simple is the evolution of our years of service and lives. We created our reZealience Method and have made it our mission to help you, and millions like you, find the calm in this wonderfully chaotic life!
